۱ – ۱٫ Safety and Health at Work:
The main asset of a group is the specialized and experienced employees in that company, therefore, observance of safety and health issues at work has been considered as a requirement at all levels of the organization. Our goal is always to maintain and improve the health of employees, prevent accidents and work-related illnesses and ensure the active participation of all employees in creating a safe work environment, so all employees must understand and respect safety and health laws.
۲ – Quality:
The company uses the European brown and bleached high-quality sack kraft papers made from longleaf tress with needle-like leaves to produce its products.
The paper weight is 70 to 120 GSM (Grams per Square Meter), and if necessary, the layers of foil, nylon or laminated paper can be used in its construction to prevent moisture from penetrating into the bag.
Materials are used in the manufacture of sack kraft paper that makes it recyclable, and therefore the bag made with this paper while protecting the environment, has high physical and mechanical strength, therefore, many industries use this type of bag to package their products.
Iranian Paper Sacks and Converters Company (IRSACO) has tried to continuously improve the quality and offer products at the global quality level by using modern machines, relying on the technical knowledge of experienced personnel, providing a suitable context, holding related training courses to improve staff skills and creating a suitable space for projects in groups. The company evaluates the quality of its raw materials and end product by using reputable laboratories and approved by the standard office and all stages of import of raw materials, production process and end product are under the constant supervision of quality control inspectors, and finally strength and the resistance of the bag produced is regularly checked by a Paper Packaging Drop Test.
The products of this company are first placed on 4000-7000 pieces wooden pallets (depending on the size of the envelope), and then they are packed using the latest technology in the world (stretch hood ) and sent to customers. This type of packaging is made in order to strengthen the arrangement of products on pallets, prevent damage, vibration and water penetration and pollution and is supplied in domestic and foreign markets.
۳– Environment:
Environmental pollution is not only a problem of a country or a particular territory, but also a problem for the whole world, which has various dimensions, including climate pollution, global warming and endangering organisms. Environmental hazards are the result of human performance, which has increased with the Industrial Revolution. Therefore, the prevention of pollution, which is now one of the goals of environmental protection, is not an issue today, but has been an important concern throughout human history.
We have taken a big step in this direction by producing environmentally friendly and recyclable products and we are looking to have a green world with the following goals.
۱- Observance of national and international environmental standards
۲- Comprehensive cooperation with governmental agencies and centers to reduce the use of harmful substances and products in the environment and promote the culture of using renewable products
۳- Using renewable raw materials and producing green products
۴- Efforts to save natural resources and reduce industrial and environmental pollutants
۵- Providing a suitable context and providing the necessary resources for training and raising the awareness of the employees regarding the protection of the environment.
